Welcome to the Peachland Beach House! This centrally located home is on almost half an acre on the shore of beautiful Okanagan Lake. Your fully-furnished home away from home is ideally situated to be your base to explore and experience the Okanagan lifestyle firsthand, from sampling the numerous worldclass wineries, biking the scenic Kettle Valley railway trestles, hiking nearby trails, or just strolling along the Peachland beach walk.
Come home to fabulous views of Okanagan Lake from the spacious covered balcony with outdoor kitchen, and the large patio with a pool (pool is seasonal). Other features of this home include air-conditioning and whole house water filtration. Peachland is close to the fine restaurants and shops of Kelowna and Penticton, and is near the ski hills of Apex Mountain and Big White. Your home is a short walk to the cafes, bakeries, restaurants, boutique shops, and marina of the Peachland waterfront, as well as Swim Bay, a designated recreational area in the lake with seasonal lifeguards. No pets, no smoking or vaping of any kind. Washer/dryer, wifi, TV included. Two or four bedrooms available from November 1 to April 30. Plenty of parking for vehicles.
