Description
Welcome to the Craftsman Pool Home! This home offers everything that your family vacation will need. Sitting on a half acre lot the property has a 33' kidney shaped pool, a 7 person hot tub and a 9X7 Olympic grade trampoline - fully padded/netted.
If enjoying the outdoors and the sunshine is what you are after this home is the right property for you. There are comfy outdoor sofas, cozy loungers and lots of seating to enjoy the pool and water fountain.
In the home you can catch up on all your favorite shows as there is an 80" TV in the rec room, 54" in the main living room & master, and a 42" high resolution over the bar. The bar features a sink, dishwasher, bar fridge, and margarita machine.
For the kids there is an enormous fully stocked playroom in the loft (2-12 years). They will enjoy the huge grass space with a toy bin and outdoor games. Feel free to use the cabinet full of board games, puzzles and books.
The area has endless hiking/biking trails not to mention a basketball/ball hockey court at the end of the street.
