Walkout out to patio with seating area and table and chairs, access to bbq. Full access to the lake and dock.
Owners live in the upstairs portion of the home and respect their guests privacy. Great value for this property with a fraction of the cost of a lakefront home with all the same amenities.
Only 7 minutes to downtown Kelowna across the bridge and amenities all around including Shopping, grocery, restaurants, wineries and activities.
