This property is ideal for one or two families. Bring your boat, or rent one while you are here as this home includes a tie-up buy. The beachhouse is only 1/2 block from beautiful Powell Beach where you will find a children's playground and tennis courts.

The Main House features stunning lake views, a large BBQ with countertop bar and is a few feet away from your private sandy beach. The spacious kitchen offers two ovens and stainless steel appliances. There is also a gas fireplace for those chilly nights. There are TV's located in the main living room and master bedroom for you movie viewing pleasure.

The main house also is preferable to any members of your group who prefer to avoid second level stairs. The main house features a master bedroom with a King size bed and the second bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a single bed.

The carriage house offers a seating area and coffee bar with a mini fridge as well as 2 spacious bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom. There is also a full washer and dryer. The Carriage House consists of one bedroom with a Queen bed and the other bedroom with a double bed and single bed.
