Description

Kookaburra Lodge #405 is the largest unit in the complex, and is considered to have the best views which can be enjoyed from so many places around this home. With the breathtaking views of the village, mountain and ski lifts, as well as stunning sunsets down the valley, you will often find yourself lounging on one of the two private balconies or curled up by a window just to enjoy your natural surroundings.

With over 2000 sq. ft. across two levels, even the largest family or group gathering will be able to find their own space and privacy. There is a dining room, a kitchen bar and a bistro, a living room as well as a den, and not to mention the three bedrooms and massive penthouse loft - this home has so many rooms with so much space you'll have to make an effort to run in to each other!

The Kookaburra Lodge is located at the top of the main village overlooking the Sports Complex on one side and McGillivray Creek on the other. The Sun Peaks Spa, Black Beaver Athletics and the Voyageur Bistro are located on the ground floor of the building. The rest of the shops and restaurants Sun Peaks has to offer, including the Village Day Lodge and main ski lifts, are conveniently located less than a 5 minute walk away.

The Kookaburra Lodge features an elevator and a staircase to each floor for easy access, has an underground garage and a separate, secure room for ski/board storage.

Special Note: *4 bedroom and larger chalet properties require a 3 night minimum for all booking periods except Christmas and New Years.
