Betwixt The Beaches is a good size 2200 square foot split-level house which has been nicely decorated. The yard has a large deck overlooking back yard with cherry trees and grape vines.

The main floor has two carpeted bedrooms (one with 3 built-in closets), a 4-piece bathroom, sunny kitchen and large open dining (with walk on deck over looking the back yard) and living room area with a stonework fireplace. Finished basement has one bedroom, large carpeted cozy family room with fire place/ wood burning insert, Large laundry room, 3 piece bathroom - with some recent renovations, pantry room, as well as plenty of extra storage. Betwixt The Beaches has a central vacuum, air conditioner (walled unit) and a carport.
