This fully remodeled, 3 bedroom lakefront home is the perfect four season retreat. Spend your summer boating, fishing and waterskiing on Heffley Lake while children will enjoy swimming off the private dock. This property offers lots of grass area for tents, chairs and summer games as well as an outdoor bunkhouse with 2 extra bunkbeds.

This property features an outdoor cooking area with a picnic table, BBQ and kitchenette making it an excellent choice for families. Inside the living area is furnished with a comfy leather couch, loveseat and chair surrounding the wood burning fireplace.

While this home is a wonderful summer getaway it can also be rented during the winter monthes and provides great access to Sun Peaks Resort, only 12 minutes away.
