This property is located within minutes of Lake Okanagan Resort where guests can enjoy boat rentals, a 9-hole golf course and lakeside dining at The Vantage Pointe Lounge and Grille. Guests enjoy lakefront access at the properties shared beach and day use of the dock.
Guests enter onto an open concept main floor with modern kitchen, living room and access to the upper lake view patio. Enjoy dining outdoors or take in a sunrise over the lake. The lower level houses both bedrooms. The master is furnished with a Queen size bed and features a private ensuite, while the second bedroom is furnished with a Double/Single Bunk. Both bedrooms are connected via the lower level lake view patio.
Special Note: *This property has an additional $150 cleaning fee on all stays.
**This property does not have internet access or a washer/dryer.
***The 3 acre lot houses 2 duplex units as well as the property owners home. Beach access is shared between the occupants of all 3 properties.
**Westside Road is under construction Monday - Friday from 7:00AM - 5:00PM, expect delays. There will be 2 hour closures from 9:30AM - 11:30AM and 12:30PM - 2:30PM.
