This quaint two level cottage is located in the charming township of Lake Country. Situated across the street from the lake it is a short walk to your beach picnic area and private beach along with a tie up buoy for your boat. The home is an older cottage with comfortable rooms. The cottage has the master bedroom upstairs along with a full bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room and walk out deck overlooking the lake. The main level has 2 bedrooms, a half bath and a laundry area. There is air conditioning in the main living room. You have plenty of parking for cars and boat trailers.

It is a short walk to the store, wineries, boat launch. It is located about 20 minutes outside of Kelowna and 7 minutes to Winfield.

The Beach area is a public space however only the local property owners use the space that is in front of their properties. There is a picnic table and lots of space to set of camp for the day at the beach. There is a buoy that the owner has put in for your boat.
